KNOWN BUGS (1: annoying, 2: plain wrong, 3: error, 4: severe)

 - captain/set-pieces values are pretty random (2)
 - numeric problem in position calculation (2)

MISSING FEATURES

 - mark best setter / captain (but that would require correct formulas)
 - option in hrf2pdb to leave players added on the palm (they get
   currently deleted)
 - make hrf2pdb.exe remember in which directory we were last when calling 
   a FileOpen-Window.

FEATURES I SOMETIMES DREAM ABOUT

 - beaming players
 - helper to find the best orders
 - playing HO!-friendlies via infra-red (yeah, sure)
